The WordPress for iPhone application was recently released. It’s free and native, and so far the general consensus is that it’s nice but still has some kinks to work out. Indeed, I typo’d the password when setting this blog up … Continue reading →

In fact for a smart phone I only used 3 applications on it: Email, which was superb and in many ways still better than the iPhone; Google Maps, which does the iPhone does trump the Curve; and TwitterBerry, a decent twitter client that allowed me to send updates and read a few of the last updates of my friends, but lacked any kind of 'Wow' factor. ... However, I fully expect most of these to be addressed in future upgrades, and once Things from Culture Code has released its full featured version (both Desktop and iPhone version), my 'holy grail' will be acquired and my digital life complete. Continue reading →

I need your help, dear readers. I'm nearing the end of my contract with AT&T and I want to get a new phone. Not necessarily a new network, but I'm willing to consider a move on that too. My 8700c Black Berry is starting to show its age. I think I'm ready for something new, but have a specific set of things that my phone must do before I upgrade.

I am so sick of the misinformed iPhone-bashing articles and blog posts coming out because of the 1.1.1 iPhone update. There is plenty to beat them up on, but the points surrounding the iPhone 1.1.1 firmware update are starting to get out of hand (i.e. they aren't based on the facts).
