I didn't sync the screenshot back to iPhoto, but it would have, had I not deleted it from the library before syncing. The only thing it doesn't do with images is let you take a photo while in the App. Twitterific, FaceBook, and other apps have the camera feature integrated into the main application. The other thing I realized after posting it was that the edit box is raw, and allows for XHTML. Which at this point seems to be the only way to control formatting (bold, italics, et al) or adding hyperlinks. It'll be another must-have app for iPhone, just not right now. Very nice. Does it handle images too? That would be killer - capture & describe images locally, then be able to transparently upload them to your blog and save to iPhoto for archiving. Dang.
